David is an associate in our real estate team. He is experienced in advising on various commercial and residential property matters for both private individuals and companies. David's experience includes:

  • representing property developers on the acquisition and disposal of commercial, residential and mixed use developments
  • acting for corporate landlords in the granting of leasehold interests, extending and determining existing tenancies under the 1954 Act and advising on various forms of consent  
  • advising business and residential landlords in the restructuring of their real estate portfolios, including the sale of freehold reversions to investors
  • dealing with secured lending matters on behalf of a major bank

David works alongside Roger Ford in the firm's Kingston office. He qualified as a solicitor in 2015 and joined Russell-Cooke in January 2019.
