Elizabeth is an associate in property and housing litigation.
Her areas of expertise include advising on a wide range of landlord and tenant disputes including rent and service charge recovery, possession proceedings, adverse possession and rights of way.
Elizabeth has special interest in Airbnb cases and tenancy deposit disputes. She advises on and assists freeholders and management companies in relation to covenants against subletting.
Elizabeth trained at a West End firm with a property specialism and joined Russell-Cooke as a newly qualified solicitor in 2017.
