Jane is an associate in the family team based in the Kingston office.

Her work involves dealing with complex financial settlements sometimes involving substantial assets in multiple jurisdictions. She also deals with pre and post nuptial agreements.
She has a wide-ranging knowledge of private law children matters including child arrangements, spending time and living with, and relocation overseas. She also has experience of dealing with cases where there have been allegations of domestic violence. She also advises unmarried couples in relation to property disputes and financial claims for the benefit of children.

Having qualified as a barrister in 2004, Jane went on to cross-qualify as a solicitor in 2008 and joined Russell-Cooke in 2014.
