Pawan is an associate in the property and housing litigation team.

He has particular expertise in advising landlords, management companies and managing agents on service charge and property management related issues.

Pawan trained to become a solicitor at a national law firm. He also spent 3 years as an in-house solicitor at FirstPort, which is the UK's largest residential property manager.

Proceedings in the County Court and in the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber), in relation to service charges and administration charges, and other applications relating to long residential leases.

Advising property management clients on breaches of covenant, provisions of leases, title issues and on various aspects of property law.

Advising on licences to assign and licences to alter.
