Tom is an associate in the commercial litigation team. He advises businesses, individuals, regulators and not-for-profit organisations on contractual, regulatory, administrative and public law disputes.

Tom specialises in company disputes and intellectual property cases. His substantial experience includes acting for clients in the High Court, Court of Appeal, Employment Tribunal and Technology and Construction Court. Many of the cases Tom has acted in have been high profile and received significant attention in the legal press.
