Russell-Cooke has been nominated as Best Trainer (Medium City Firm) for the LawCareers.Net Training & Recruitment Awards 2017.

The LCN awards have been recognising excellence in training and recruitment for more than 15 years. The awards are based on over 2,000 individual surveys of trainees and first-year newly qualified solicitors, assessments of recruitment processes, training offered and the quality of work placements. For the second year running Russell-Cooke is recognised for offering recruits the best possible start to their legal careers.

Training Principal, Alison Regan, comments on the nomination "I am delighted that we have been nominated for this award. I was a Russell-Cooke trainee myself and understand how daunting but exciting the training experience can be. One of our great strengths is the unusually wide variety of seats which allows our trainees to experience diverse areas of practise.  We also take great pride in challenging our trainees and giving them real work from the outset, but supporting them and developing their careers. They are after all the future of our firm”

The 14th annual awards presentation will take place on 18 May at Merchant Taylor’s Hall in London.
