I enjoy working with entrepreneurs and I recognise how hard they have worked to grow their business. I work closely with clients to understand what they want to achieve and apply the law in a commercial way to reach the outcome they are looking for.
Anna is a senior associate in the corporate and commercial team.
She advises directors and shareholders on joint ventures, intra group re-organisations, shareholder arrangements, share options and transactional work.
