Tom is experienced in acting for sellers and buyers in both freehold and leasehold transactions, along with remortgages, transfers of equity, lease extensions, lease variations, licences for alterations and first registrations.

Tom adopts a conscientious approach to conveyancing, prioritising the safeguarding of his clients’ interests while working towards their goals. He strives to alleviate the pressure of the conveyancing process through communicating in a transparent, responsive manner.

Tom qualified as a solicitor in March 2021 and joined Russell-Cooke in July 2022.
