We acted for a promoter on the s106 agreement related to an application for 650 residential units. The s106 secured over £1.2 million of benefits plus a new relief road for approximately £2.1 million. There were numerous landowners and several phases of the development and accordingly the structure of the s106 was very complex to ensure sale of parcels would be straightforward. All parties were incredibly positive about the manner in which the complex negotiations were conducted in a very short period of time.
