Children law

We offer expert advice on a broad range of issues affecting children. We can help you sort out arrangements for your children when a relationship breaks down.

We can also help reach a resolution where one parent is seeking to relocate with children, either overseas or within the UK, and we regularly represent parents involved in child abduction proceedings. In addition we have expert knowledge to advise on issues related to assisted reproduction, surrogacy and adoption.

Our specialist family solicitors can advise you on:

  • child abduction
  • adoption
  • care proceedings
  • arrangements for children
  • creating families: surrogacy, assisted reproduction
  • education

All of our solicitors are members of Resolution, and our children law team are also members of the Association of Lawyers for Children and the Law Society Children Panel.

‘Extremely well led' and provides a ‘golden circle service’. It has a broad range of specialisms and advises on a diverse range of matters, such as…complex children issues… assisting clients with fertility law, surrogacy, and adoption, as well as LGBTQ+ family law advice.
