Banking and financial disputes

We act for companies, partnerships, LLPs, directors and individuals in relation to a wide variety of banking and financial disputes.

Some of our clients have a lot of experience of dealing with complex disputes relating to financial matters, for others, their contact with us is their first experience of litigation or dispute resolution.

We are not on any of the banks' panels for litigation and are therefore conflict free.
