About Ruth
I take a personal and empathetic approach and aim to get answers for my clients when they have suffered life changing injuries or bereavement. I am considerate of my client's needs while guiding them through the litigation process.
Ruth has a wealth of experience in personal injury and clinical negligence claims and has helped clients achieve settlement in a wide range of cases, in particular acting for bereaved family members in fatal accident claims, cases involving surgical errors and cases where negligent treatment has led to the development of Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT).
Ruth also advises clients in personal injury claims, including road traffic collisions and accidents at work. She has experience in a number of niche areas, including industrial disease and cases involving robot-assisted surgery.
Ruth qualified as a solicitor in September 2015 and joined Russell-Cooke in April 2019.
