Her experience also extends to acting for buyers and sellers in share or business acquisitions as well as advising clients on corporate governance matters relating to directors and shareholders.
Imanpreet qualified as a solicitor in September 2019 and joined Russell-Cooke in July 2022 from a West End law firm.
She read German law as part of her English and European Law (LLB) degree at Queen Mary, University of London and also gained a distinction in her postgraduate legal qualifications at BPP Law School.
