Rachel McCastman is an associate in the charity and social business team. Rachel specialises in advising charities and not-for-profit organisations on commercial, governance and regulatory matters. She aims to provide pragmatic and solution-based advice which enables her clients to focus on their main priority: serving their beneficiaries. She enjoys working with a wide variety of charities and social enterprises, from small grass-roots organisations and start-ups to large international organisations.

James Sinclair Taylor works with a wide variety of charities, not for profits, local authorities and government departments. He tends to focus on governance and structure issues including reviews of governance, company group and collaborative structures, Royal Charters, International Federations and other bodies. He has done substantial amounts of work for membership organisations which represent a particular challenge.
