About Anu
My work is not just about knowing the detail of regulation but it contributes to the relationship between Russell-Cooke and its clients and to the firm’s standards in the delivery of professional advice.
As director of people, risk and standards, Anu works within the senior leadership team to assist the firm with its people agenda and its compliance and regulatory framework. She has a specific responsibility for ensuring that the firm attracts, retains and develops exceptional individuals and maintains a compliance culture in order to achieve the highest standards of behaviour.
After qualifying as a solicitor, Anu gained extensive experience working in practice with a focus on commercial litigation and in-house consultancy. As part of her compliance roles, Anu supports internal stakeholders in their efforts to embrace risk and compliance policy. She also has a wider interest in how the training and development of solicitors is linked to the way in which the legal profession delivers excellent client care and maintains a quality standard in its work.
