About Simon
Working with legal teams to deliver value to our clients and help them achieve their ambitions is core to my role. Collaborative in approach, I provide an advisory role to our lawyers to enable them to initiate, build and enhance their relationships with clients, prospects and intermediaries.
Simon heads the marketing and business development directorate, working closely with his fellow directors to lead the operations side of the business. He is a business development and marketing expert with over 25 years of experience in a variety of roles, mainly within law firms.
He is a team leader, respected for his people management, diplomacy and relationship development skills.
Simon has a strong track record of developing and implementing practical strategies across marketing communications, relationship management and new business development leading to sustained growth.
Simon joined Russell-Cooke in October 2023 and works within the senior leadership team to develop and deliver the marketing and business development strategy in accordance with the firm’s strategic plan.
