I am committed to getting to know my clients, understanding their individual needs and helping them in any way that I can.
Imogen advises her clients on all aspects of family law including divorce, financial remedy proceedings, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, declarations of trust and private children matters.
Imogen is a member of Resolution. She is pragmatic and committed to supporting her clients and empowering them to understand all of the options available to them. Imogen’s approach is constructive and proportionate, and she encourages clients to resolve matters using non-court dispute resolution where appropriate. If the court route is required, Imogen has considerable litigation experience in both financial remedy and children proceedings, and she works closely with family barristers.
Imogen trained at Russell-Cooke and qualified into the family team in September 2023.
