About Sam
My approach is output-focused, adopting a balance between details and the 'big picture'. I work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to plan then implement delivery of the firm’s business needs.
Sam joined Russell-Cooke in 2010. As director of finance, technology and facilities, he is responsible for leading the delivery of all business support services relating to finance, IT, premises and office services, and ensuring that these areas run smoothly and efficiently.
Sam has honed his skills across a range of business disciplines to become a versatile and effective leader. He works closely with the firm’s office holders and other partners, along with his fellow directors, to set strategic objectives. He then oversees the implementation plans to achieve those objectives across the frim. Sam is a skilled communicator, and is adept at working with stakeholders to build strong relationships and ensure that the firm’s goals are achieved.
With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of financial management, Sam is able to identify opportunities for growth and profitability, while also managing risk and ensuring compliance with regulations. He has a proven track record of implementing innovative solutions to complex business challenges, and is able to leverage his expertise in technology and data analysis to drive operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.
