Rebecca Fisher, partner in the private client group, has been appointed to Resolution's Pensions, Tax and Financial Remedies committee.
Resolution, which was formerly known as the Solicitors Family Law Association (SFLA), is an organisation of 6,500 family lawyers and other professionals in England and Wales, who believe in a constructive, non-confrontational approach to family law matters. Resolution also campaigns for improvements to the family justice system.
To date Rebecca remains the only private client practitioner who is a member of Resolution. Rebecca said of her appointment, "I am delighted to have been appointed to the committee and have the opportunity to work with Resolution to develop and tailor tax and trust advice in a family law context."
Rebecca advises families, individuals and family businesses on all aspects of private client law including wills, estate planning, administration of estates, trusts and powers of attorney.
