Russell-Cooke advised on the sale of UK-based Kadence International to the Tokyo based, Nikkei-listed company, Cross Marketing Group (CMG).

The corporate and commercial team advised the selling shareholders which included advising on the terms of the transaction documentation and project managing the deal. White & Case acted for the acquirers.

Research company Kadence International was founded in 1992 and has offices across eight international markets and most recently expanded into the UAE. CMG operates in the Japanese marketing research industry, with a presence in Japan, Singapore, China, the US and India. Kadence retained its brand and management structure within the CMG group.
