Simon has been advising on all aspects of residential and commercial real estate for over 40 years.
He has particular expertise in commercial landlord and tenant issues, acting for developers and investors as well as numerous occupiers in the retail, office, media and industrial sectors. Simon has significant experience in real estate finance as well as portfolio management and restructuring.
Simon joined Russell-Cooke as a consultant in 2021 from Goodman Derrick where he was previously the senior partner.
