Charity property challenges and strategies beyond COVID—what's next for the sector in London?

The Ethical Property Foundation (EPF) and Russell-Cooke will be speaking on the current property trends and challenges facing charities and social enterprises as they adapt post pandemic, to deliver for their causes and communities.

Simon Taylor (EPF) and Andrew Small (Russell-Cooke) will lead the discussion based on what they are seeing happening in the London market at the moment, and will also be introducing the initial themes in this area that have become apparent from the Charity Property Matters Survey 2022*.

In this seminar Simon and Andrew will:

  • look at what sort of future lies ahead for charities
  • discuss how charities can use their property going forward
  • identify what lessons need to be learned for success

The Ethical Property Foundation is the UK property advice charity supporting the voluntary sector.

* The Charity Property Matters Survey 2022 is supported by Russell-Cooke and also by Class Networks, Tudor Trust and City Bridge Trust.
