No ‘planning panacea’ through Section 106 and CIL abolition - Property Week
"I'm concerned there will be sites that could be good to develop on but have a lot of upfront costs, and it'd be a shame if this disincentivises people from developing them, because what's viable for an average site in that area doesn't have relevance to that particular site."
