Advising on extension and refurbishment of iconic Oxford Street landmark building
- The proposed development includes an extensive refurbishment to upgrade its exterior and addition of three new floors for additional office spaces and a top floor restaurant
- We worked alongside our client’s planning consultant in preparation of all the application documents and on s106 agreement to secure mitigation and package of public benefits, alongside a highways agreement to control delivery of new public realm works on the surrounding streets
