Atif qualified as a solicitor in April 2024. He has experience acting on a wide range of real estate matters such as leases, surrenders, acquisitions and sales. He also has acted on a variety of re-financing matters and scaffolding licences.

Working on a wide range of real estate matters, including:

• the granting of a lease

• lease surrenders

• scaffolding licences

• the purchase and sale of properties

• Completed the LPC at the University of Law, Guildford where he achieved a distinction

• Read law at the University of Surrey, graduating in 2020
