Philip is an associate in the real estate team and a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
Having studied Criminology and Criminal Justice at the University of Leeds, Philip went on to complete the Graduate Diploma in Law at BBP Law School and the Legal Practice Course at De Montfort University.
His primary area of expertise is property management, acting on behalf of freeholders and head leaseholders in respect of over 30 blocks of flats. Philip is responsible for preparing documentation for his clients such as new leases, lease extensions, licences and notices. He also provides advice and assistance to freeholders, landlords and managing agents on a range of non-standard issues.
Before joining Russell-Cooke in 2012, Philip worked for a national law firm for three years.
