Russell-Cooke expands French desk offering with private client partner hire

Law firm Russell-Cooke is pleased to announce the appointment of partner Nicole Gallop Mildon to its private client practice, further enhancing the firm’s French law offering for individuals and their families.

Nicole Gallop-Mildon applies her specialist expertise to all aspects of private wealth including estate planning, wills, probate and incapacity. Originally from Belgium and a fluent French speaker much of Nicole’s work has a cross-border element, particularly relating to France or other French speaking countries. She specialises in advising on French property issues and transaction structuring, especially in relation to effective tax planning.

A qualified solicitor and diplômée notaire with almost two decades of experience practising in the UK and France, Nicole has degrees in both English and French Law from Kings College London and the Université Paris I – Panthéon-Sorbonne.

Nicole joins Russell-Cooke’s cross-border team which already includes leading individuals such as Andrew Godfrey and Patrick Delas and Richard Frimston and active members of the Franco-British Lawyers Society, the French Chamber of Commerce and STEP France (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).
