The 2022 edition of the Chancery Guide has been published and came into force on 29 July 2022. A full version of the guide can be downloaded here.
The 2022 edition of the Chancery Guide is the first new edition of the guide since 2016 and it applies to cases in the Chancery lists in all Business and Property Court District Registries as well as in the Rolls Building.
