About Grant
With expertise and genuine empathy, I am dedicated to helping my clients and families use the law to rebuild their lives after serious injury, accessing the accommodation, equipment and therapy they need to get home, back to work and thriving again as soon as they are ready.
Grant is a specialist in life-changing and fatal injury cases, with wide experience across road traffic collisions, employers and public liability & clinical negligence. He is very highly experienced in taking cases to trial at first instance and on appeal.
Grant is prominent for his expertise in cycling-related injuries. His knowledge of such cases in the context of road traffic collisions and breaches of the Highways Act 1980 (“pothole cases”) is extensive. His work in this area has resulted in vast experience of the issues around and quantification of fatal injuries cases, representing families in the worst of situations and achieving optimal damages awards to protect spouses’ and dependants’ financial futures.
Grant has been recognised in the legal directories, including Chambers UK and Legal 500 with increasing praise and received the prestigious accolade of being named The Times Lawyer of the Week and Law Society Gazette Lawyer in the News in October 2020.
