• Advised a development company on the acquisition of £11 million industrial estate and acted on the subsequent financing of the asset
• Advised a property investment company on £12 million disposal of two multi-let industrial buildings
• Advised a property investment company on the £5 million acquisition of a multi-let entertainment and leisure and dealing with the financing arrangements for the acquisition
• Advised a development company on the £15 million acquisition of an office block intended for redevelopment into residential flats
• Advised a property investment company on the £4 million acquisition of a residential block of flats with the grant of 16 long leases and associated financing arrangements
• Acted for landlords and tenants on all types of asset management, including the grant of new leases for workspace, retail, and industrial units
