In my 10+ years' experience, I have been involved in a large variety of real estate transactions which has enabled me to identify and prioritise clients’ commercial goals, and given me the awareness to address transaction difficulties that others may not have spotted.
Mark advises both lenders and borrowers on all aspects of real estate finance including bridging finance, term loans and secured lending in relation to commercial and residential acquisitions.
Mark qualified in 2016 and joined Russell-Cooke in 2023.

- Advising a large bridging lender on a £40+ million finance of a commercial property portfolio
- Advising registered providers on large scale s106 acquisitions
- Advising major high street bank on a £50+ million transaction that incorporated nearly 900 agreements across over 40 titles
- Completing a £2 million bridging loan within 48 hours of instruction
