Fiona Buckland is an associate in the real estate team.

She is known for her friendly and professional approach with experience in advising individuals and organisations across a range of property areas including: commercial and residential sales; commercial and residential purchases; development site acquisitions; secured lending; escheat; auctions; rent concession letters; and lease renewals (within the 1954 Act or outside), surrenders and grants for landlords and tenants.

Fiona qualified as a solicitor in 2018 and joined Russell-Cooke in 2021.

Fiona has been a specialist advisor at the Citizen’s Advice Bureau since 2014, specialising in armed forces compensation applications and homelessness applications

Fiona studied Law and International Relations at the University of Surrey, graduating in 2014, and obtained a distinction in her subsequent Legal Practice Course, completed in 2016.
