Jacob is an associate in the fraud and criminal litigation team. He qualified into the team in October 2018 after completing his training at Russell-Cooke.
Jacob has a varied case-load, acting for individuals on a private and Legal Aid basis, preparing cases in the Crown Court and Magistrates' Court. He advises clients being investigated and prosecuted for offences involving general crime, serious violence, fraud, sex, and serious and minor motoring offences.
Jacob is also advising clients in relation to making applications for the deletion of information held on their PNC record.
Before beginning his training contract at Russell-Cooke in October 2016, Jacob worked as a criminal litigation paralegal at a central London firm. Prior to that, he worked for five years as a research officer for a consultancy advising clients on the Middle East and North Africa, during which time he undertook his legal studies.
