Jodie Green appointed Trustee of the Ethical Property Foundation
Property litigation associate Jodie Green has been appointed as a Trustee of the Ethical Property Foundation (EPF).
Jodie is a solicitor specialising in property law, housing rights and charity property management. She advises both individuals and organisations under private and legal aid funding, with experience across property disputes, possession proceedings, judicial reviews, homelessness appeals and housing disrepair claims.
Alongside her legal practice, Jodie volunteers with Citizens Advice, supporting vulnerable communities and promoting access to justice - values closely aligned with EPF’s mission.
As a Trustee, Jodie will contribute her expertise in property and housing matters while supporting strong governance across the Foundation.
I’m delighted to be joining the Ethical Property Foundation as a Trustee. Its work supporting charities and community organisations aligns closely with my own practice and values, and I’m looking forward to contributing my experience to support its important mission.
Jodie’s appointment builds on Russell‑Cooke’s longstanding relationship with the Ethical Property Foundation, who the firm has supported for several years through partnership working. EPF is the UK’s only dedicated property advice charity serving the UK voluntary sector providing free expert services across the UK.
