  • We devised a strategy to appeal the same and drafted grounds of appeal setting out why an earlier planning permission had been implemented even though not all the development had been built out in accordance with its approved plans
  • The council have now accepted and granted a retrospective application for the changes and have cancelled the recent CIL demand notice that no more CIL liability is outstanding saving several hundred thousand in CIL liability for the client
