Advising a National Housebuilder on the promotion of a Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) for the a 1,300 residential unit scheme

We are advising on the;

• qverall CPO strategy;
• negotiations with landowners; and
• advising on the planning application for the scheme including the Environmental Impact Assessment

The CPO has now been confirmed following a two week Inquiry and we will be continuing to advise on land acquisition under the CPO and compulsory purchase compensation.
