Sarah Arnold, a partner in Russell-Cooke’s trust and estate disputes team, has been appointed to the Committee of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS).
ACTAPS was established in 1997 and brings together experienced practitioners from across the contentious trust and probate sector to promote best practice, collaboration and high professional standards.
Sarah’s appointment reflects the growth and strength of Russell-Cooke’s trust and estate disputes practice. The firm’s team advises on the full spectrum of trust and estate disputes including will validity disputes, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, and trustee and executor disputes. Known for its collaborative and pragmatic approach, the team handles high-value, sensitive and technically complex cases for a wide range of clients.
