About Caitlin

I pay close attention to each client's aims and tailor my approach based on their individual needs. I guide clients calmly through what can be a challenging process in order to reach an outcome that is right for them.

Caitlin is an associate in the family and children team. She joined Russell-Cooke as a trainee in 2021 and qualified into the family team in September 2023.

Caitlin advises on a wide range of family law matters, including divorce and separation, financial settlements and child arrangements. She also advises on cohabitation and is experienced in preparing declarations of trust.

She takes a constructive and pragmatic approach to resolving matters in a cost effective and timely manner, but is ultimately guided by her clients’ best interests.

Education

  • Read law with law studies in Europe (Germany) at Christ Church, Oxford 

  • Obtained a Master of Laws at the University of Birmingham

  • Achieved a distinction in the LPC with a Master of Science at the University of Law
