About Ciara
I pride myself on forming strong relationships with clients and truly understanding their organisations and objectives in order to provide tailored and effective advice.
Ciara is an associate in the charity law and not for profit team. She trained at a leading UK law firm and joined Russell-Cooke in March 2025.
Ciara advises on a wide range of governance and commercial matters including establishing new charities, incorporations, governance documents, mergers, commercial contracts, fundraising and trading. She draws upon a strong foundation in corporate, finance and restructuring, where she trained prior to transitioning into the charity sector.
Education
- Graduated from the University of Exeter with a 2:1 in LLB Law
- Graduated from the University of Law (Guildford) with a Distinction in the LPC LLM
