Conor is a corporate tax partner with over 20 years’ experience advising clients on the tax aspects of a broad range of transactions.
In particular, Conor advises on the UK tax aspects of the following:
- mergers, acquisitions, disposals and joint venture structures
- employee shareholdings
- loan facilities, bonds, structured financings, derivatives, equity investments
- real estate sales, lettings, and developments (SDLT, VAT, Capital Allowances, Construction Industry Scheme)
