I enjoy working with clients and understanding their strategies and how they operate, so I can add value and help them achieve their short-term and long-term goals. I pride myself on providing advice that is commercial, pragmatic and communicated effectively.

Ed advises on a broad range of commercial property transactions, including investment acquisitions and disposals and landlord and tenant matters. Ed is also CQS qualified and can assist with residential conveyancing. 

Ed qualified in May 2020 and joined Russell-Cooke in December 2020.

Experience

Ed's experience includes:

  • acting for the seller of a multi-let mixed use property for £3.375 million

  • acting for the landlord of a shopping centre with 60+ units and dealing with property management matters

  • acting as part of a team advising a client on its £10 million plus acquisition of a multi-let property

  • acting for the seller of a multi-let residential building let to eleven residential tenants for £995,000

  • acting for a variety of the firm’s landlord investor clients with the management of several industrial estates, offices, shops and mixed use properties, with commercial and residential tenants

  • acting for an SME client taking a lease of a central London premises

Education

  • Studied Law at Newcastle University
  • Completed the Legal Practice Course at College of Law in Birmingham
