About Emma
I help individuals navigate some of the most important personal decisions they will make, from planning for the future to administering estates of their loved ones. I recognise that every client’s situation and circumstances are different and I provide clear, practical advice tailored to their individual needs.
Emma is an associate in the private client team. She advises on estate and succession planning for UK and international clients, including will drafting, lifetime planning, and dealing with Lasting Powers of Attorney. Her work includes advising on inheritance tax and capital gains tax matters, as well as structuring wealth preservation arrangements.
Emma also advises on the establishment, administration and termination of UK and offshore trusts, including related tax compliance and reporting obligations. She has experience in the administration of complex taxable estates, including those involving multi-jurisdictional assets and cross-border issues.
Emma is known for providing clear, practical advice in a measured and straightforward manner. She works closely with clients to ensure matters are progressed efficiently, with a focus on outcomes that reflect clients’ personal and family circumstances.

- Assisting with the administration of an estate where the principal asset comprised a substantial portfolio of freehold reversionary interests.
- Drafting a Will and Lasting Powers of Attorney for a client with significant UK and international assets and a blended family.
- Administering an estate comprising assets held in 10 jurisdictions.
