About Harshini

I act for a range of clients in managing and resolving all types of property disputes. I take pride in supporting my clients through the legal process, to achieve a successful outcome as efficiently as possible.

Harshini acts for businesses and individuals in managing and resolving disputes relating to all aspects of commercial, residential and mixed use properties. She advises on all property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, recovering possession of commercial and residential properties, service charge and rent arrears collection and boundary disputes.

Harshini also works with the firm’s large PRS and build-to-rent clients including managing agents within the private rented sector. She explores all avenues in assisting her clients to achieve their goals in fast-paced and often stressful situations whilst avoiding disputes.

Harshini joined Russell-Cooke in April 2022. Prior to that, she trained at a leading Thames Valley regional firm and practised in mixed dispute resolution experience post-qualification, with a strong bias in property litigation. She also has paralegal experience in representing leading ground rent investment companies, specialising in the acquisition of freehold and leasehold reversionary interests in large mixed use developments including residential, commercial and housing association properties.
