About Imogen

I am committed to getting to know my clients, understanding their individual needs and helping them in any way that I can.

Imogen understands that when clients seek family law advice, they are often facing one of the most significant periods of their lives. Whether their priority is their children or securing long-term financial stability, she takes the time to understand what matters most to each of her clients and provides tailored advice that reflects their individual circumstances. Imogen works closely with her clients to support them at every stage of the process.

Imogen advises on all aspects of family law, including divorce, financial remedy proceedings, children proceedings, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, and declarations of trust. Her approach is compassionate, proportionate and pragmatic, and she helps her clients to achieve the best possible outcome for their families.

As a member of Resolution, she is committed to supporting her clients and empowering them to understand all of the options available to them. Imogen encourages her clients to resolve matters using non-court dispute resolution where appropriate. If the court route is required, Imogen has considerable litigation experience in both financial remedy and children proceedings, having prepared for and attended hearings at numerous family courts throughout England and Wales, including the Royal Courts of Justice and the Central Family Court.

Imogen has worked in the legal sector since 2017. Before qualifying as a solicitor, she worked as a paralegal at a Band 1 law firm in London, where she gained invaluable experience in a wide range of complex financial and children matters for ultra high net worth clients. This experience provided her with a strong, early foundation in family law and reinforced her commitment to helping clients protect what is most important to them.

Imogen joined Russell-Cooke as a trainee in September 2021 and qualified into the family team in September 2023.
