Jodie specialises in property and housing litigation, advising landlords, freeholders, managing agents and leaseholders on a wide range of disputes. Her practice area covers service charge and ground rent disputes, breach of lease and covenant claims, applications for the appointment of a manager, enfranchisement and right to manage matters, as well as complex building safety matters. Jodie regularly guides clients through tribunal and county court litigation, leads mediations and case management conferences, and provides pragmatic and outcome focused advice at every stage.
