Russell Cooke Putney London 2

My aim is to make the law feel less daunting. I combine strong legal knowledge with a practical, down to earth approach, helping charities tackle complex issues with confidence. I want clients to feel supported, informed, and empowered every step of the way.

Luke is an associate in the charity and not for profit law team. He trained and practised for several years at a leading UK law firm before working at a senior level for one of the UK’s foremost legal tech start ups. He joined Russell-Cooke in August 2025.

Luke advises charities and not for profit organisations on a wide range of legal matters, including establishing new charities, incorporations, governance, fundraising, mergers, and commercial contracts.
