Sam is an associate solicitor in the property litigation team. He has experience in advising businesses and individuals on a variety of residential property disputes. These include:

- breach of lease covenants
- rent arrears
- forfeiture
- boundary and party wall disputes
- rights of way
- service charge disputes
- dilapidations
Sam also has experience advising commercial landlords on lease extensions in accordance with the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
