About Sam
Open dialogue at an early stage allows me to collaborate constructively with clients. This approach not only helps me identify cost-efficient solutions, but also deepens my understanding of each client’s needs, whether they are a business or an individual.
Sam is an associate in the property litigation team. He has experience in advising businesses and individuals on a variety of residential property disputes. These include: possession, breach of lease covenants, rent arrears, forfeiture, boundary and party wall disputes, rights of way, service charge disputes and dilapidations.
Sam also has experience advising commercial landlords on lease extensions in accordance with the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.

Philosophy and International Relations (BA) at the University of Exeter.
GDL and LPC at City Law School – City, University of London.
