I enjoy guiding clients through commercial real estate transactions and pride myself on giving clear advice, being approachable and building good relationships.
Seema joined Russell-Cooke's charity law and not for profit team in 2025. She advises charities and social businesses on a range of real estate transactions.
Seema qualified as a solicitor in 2022 having worked within commercial real estate since 2016. Her experience includes acting for both landlords and tenants in relation to new leases, lease renewals and surrenders, and freehold sales and purchases.
Seema was highly commended for the Rising Star of the Year Award at the Surrey Law Society Awards 2022 and was awarded Trainee of the Year at the LawNet Annual Conference and Awards 2022.
