About Shauntelle

I am committed to social impact. I work alongside clients as a trusted teammate, providing clear, accessible advice that strengthens purpose driven organisations and supports the communities they serve.

Shauntelle specialises in charity, social enterprise and wider purpose-driven organisational governance. She advises charities, social businesses, community-interest organisations and mission-led companies on constitutional structures, regulatory compliance, trustee duties and strategic governance. Her work spans incorporations, restructures, mergers and the increasingly complex landscape of modern charity regulation.

Shauntelle is known for her down-to-earth, collaborative approach. She works alongside clients to find practical solutions and communicates plainly throughout the process. Clients value her personable style, her ability to demystify complex legal issues and her commitment to ensuring that governance strengthens, rather than stifles, an organisation’s mission.
