Evie Smyth is an associate solicitor in the family team.

Evie advises on a range on family matters, including divorce and separation, matrimonial finance and private law children matters. She also assists senior members of the team with high value matrimonial finance cases involving complex and overseas assets.

She is a member of Resolution, an organisation which focuses on resolving family law matters amicably and constructively. She is committed to achieving cost and time effective resolutions and has a strong interest in alternative forms of dispute resolution.

  • Evie read Law at Trinity Hall, University of Cambridge. During her degree, she spent a year in Spain, studying Political Science and Cinema at the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid.
  • Before joining Russell-Cooke, Evie achieved a distinction in the Legal Practice Course.
